Part Time Swing Shift Security Professional

Part Time 24 hours a week- 2nd Shift. National Church Residences is the nation's largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services.

Follows organizational policies and all applicable laws to ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, and vendors under the direction of the Director of Environmental Services or designee.

Conducts routine interior and exterior patrols, assisting residents, staff, and guests as needed.

Investigates and documents incidents and suspicious activities.

Completes shift reports and related paperwork.

May assist in training new staff.

Respects resident rights, reports complaints and compliance concerns immediately.

Follows all policies, including corporate compliance and safety procedures.

Skills: Strong communication, English proficiency, and customer service.

Supervision: Works independently with general supervision.
