Customer Service Plumber

Install, maintain, and repair piping systems including joints, valves, drains, and fixtures in residential settings
Respond to plumbing service calls and emergency issues with confidence and care
Prepare basic bids/estimates for customers and clearly explain findings and options
Ensure every job meets or exceeds code and passes inspection the first time
Accurately document time, materials, and service notes using tablet‑based systems
3+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred
Valid plumbing license or strong progress toward licensure (NC)
Proficiency with hand and power tools specific to the plumbing trade
Knowledge of local plumbing codes and best practices
Company vehicle (take it home) + gas card
