Facilities

Kirkland Campus – 157‑bed standalone psychiatric hospital offering a full continuum of care.

Everett Campus – 30‑bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence Medical Center’s Pacific Campus.

Monroe Campus – 34‑bed facility located at Evergreen Health in Monroe.

Fairfax Behavioral Health offers a complete continuum of acute inpatient, PHP, IOP, Patriot Support Program for Active Duty, Veterans, and First Responders, and Women’s‑focused programs.

Manageable and sustainable adult inpatient caseload consisting of 15‑18 total encounters per day.

Flexible schedule: Monday‑Friday day shifts, with the ability to be offsite after daily patient care duties are finished.

Initial psychiatric evaluations, assessments, treatment team leadership, and patient discharges.

Work‑life balance: occasional once monthly weekend rounding and once per week evening call coverage by phone only.

Leadership and growth opportunities: Unit Directorship/Leadership appointment available if interested.

Job type – Full‑time employed W‑2 position.

Certifications – BC/BE in General Psychiatry (required).

Licensure – Current Washington physician/medical license in good standing, or ability to obtain required license.
