This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is comfortable traveling, and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care while collaborating with healthcare teams.ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments, examinations, and follow-up visitsDiagnose and manage common medical conditions within scope of practiceAdminister treatments and medications as appropriateTravel to assigned healthcare facilities, clinics locationsMaintain accurate patient records and documentationCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staffEducate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive careMonitor patient progress and adjust care plans when neededEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standardsSupport telehealth consultations when requiredQualificationsActive Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN) licenseRelevant certifications and clinical credentialsAbility and willingness to travel regularlyStrong communication skillsExperience in primary care, urgent care, family medicine, home health, or related settings preferredAbility to work independently and adapt to different clinical environmentsFamiliarity with EMR/EHR systemsCPR/BLS certification required
