Conduct wide-ranging research toward the prevention and the treatment of blood disorders such asanemia, sickle-cell disease, leukemia, and hemophilia.
Educatemedical residents, students, other physicians, and various medical professionals.
Assist in developing a robust sickle cell program and assist in the transition of sickle cell patients from pediatrics to adult medicine.
Fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology.
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology.
Active and unrestricted NY state medical license.
Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $471,720** (Board Eligible) and $477,220**(Board Certified) , which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

• Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.
• Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
