Machine Minder (2nd Shift)

Machine Operators – Immediate Openings | Oxford, CT Ready for a steady job with strong pay and real long-term potential? We're hiring Machine Operators to join a respected manufacturer in Oxford, CT. This is a hands-on role with a clear path to permanent hire.
17.44–$20.44/hour, based on shift

• Shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts

Shifts Available
~Operate and monitor injection molding machines
Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
Perform light assembly, trimming, and finishing work
Track production and maintain a clean, safe workspace
High school diploma or equivalent
Manufacturing experience preferred (molding a plus)
Temp-to-hire with long-term opportunity
