Job Description The Fresh Pasta Artisan & Salesperson has expertise on products and processes at a minimum of two retail stations at an Eataly. Reports to the Fresh Market Manager.

Assists the retail counters with daily operations as needed to ensure counters are running smoothly

Ensures retail supplies are in stock and being utilized properly at all stations

Stocks counter and display refrigerators neatly, accurately and in a timely manner

Manages transfers between departments to ensure accurate inventory levels and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)

Provides a steady presence on the floor, constantly interacting with guests, employees, vendors and visitors

Qualifications 2+ years of experience in food service

Knowledge of Italian products

Job Requirements Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule sometimes including evenings, weekends and holidays

The base pay range for this position is $18 - $19 per hour.
