Description

Conduct thorough evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient settings, creating customized treatment plans specifically designed for each patient

Engage in care team meetings and interdisciplinary discussions to ensure seamless, coordinated patient care

Education A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited educational institution

Certifications Valid state license as a Physical Therapist

BLS/CPR certification preferred
