We’re hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter (a full-time, six-month contract, salaried position) to scale Engineering at Hims & Hers. You’ll own full-cycle hiring for Senior to Staff+ ICs and identify and close force-multiplier talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. You’ll run structured, values‑aligned processes - adaptability, humble collaboration, ownership, and a bias for action, that improve talent density across the org.

Own full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineers and adjacent technical roles - from intake and calibration through sourcing, structured interviews, debriefs, and close
Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders to understand roadmaps, anticipate future headcount and leveling needs, and translate them into sourcing plans and interview panels
Proactively source and engage active/passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound campaigns, referrals, technical communities, and rediscovery (silver medalists, alumni) to deliver diverse, representative, high-signal slates
Use LLMs like Claude to automate repetitive tasks, streamline sourcing and candidate communication workflows, and improve overall recruiting efficiency
Leverage data and industry insights to continuously improve recruiting processes, make informed hiring decisions, and provide meaningful feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
Mentor sourcers and recruiters, document playbooks, adopt strong ideas from peers, and contribute reusable tools that improve team performance and repeatability

8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, either in-house or in combination with agency/search, across Engineering roles

• 5+ years sourcing technical talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM/sourcing tools, with a strong track record engaging passive candidates
• Proven success building pipelines for Engineering talent across Senior to Staff+ ICs and people managers
• Claude) for automation, workflow efficiency, and other recruiting use cases - comfortable building prompts, streamlining repetitive tasks, and integrating AI tools into day-to-day recruiting work
• Hands-on experience with Ashby or similar to manage pipelines and produce data-driven insights
• Trusted partner to leaders who listens first and persuades with clear, data-backed recommendations
• Strategic, curious builder who turns business goals into recruiting plans and stays current on talent-market trends
• Track record elevating team performance in a collaborative, low-ego, high-humility culture; Continuous-improvement mindset: streamline processes, remove obstacles, and pilot creative approaches as needs evolve
