At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Baker is at the heart of it all . You'll make the cakes that make people's day, so you'll get to enjoy yours as well.

I Follow all Nothing Bundt Cakes recipes and guidelines per given on recipe sheets and reference videos and guides.
Ensure product is store properly and following FIFO guidelines.
Cleaning all baking equipment throughout shift including but not limited to oven, mixer and Bundt pans.
Be able to life 50lbs+ with or without assistance.
o Keeps the good of the team and guest ahead of personal interests or gain.

o Operates with a sense of urgency, exercises sound judgment and seeks feedback to improve performance.

• o Projects warmth, enthusiasm and optimism that attracts and energizes others.

o Serves as a strong Cake Celebrity/Brand Ambassador in the local community.

Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of leadership experience in a restaurant setting preferred not required.
• 18 years or older to operate all required equipment.

Health insurance eligibility for parttime, variablehour employees is determined using the Affordable Care Act (ACA) LookBack Measurement Method, which reviews average hours worked over a 12month period. Employees who meet ACA fulltime criteria may become eligible for health benefits after completing this measurement period and the associated administrative review.

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
