Freezer Shift 5am until work is done Temp -20 to 32 Pay $20.60 per hour + $2/hr in the freezer top pay after one year is $23.69*+ $2/hr in the freezer

Fresh Shift 3pm until work is done Temp 32 to 55 Pay $22.00 per hour top pay after one year is $25.00*

Produce Shift 4:30pm until work is done Temp 32 to 55 Pay $22.00 per hour top pay after one year is $25.00*

Ensure accuracy within warehouse operations.

• Establish, monitor, and maintain a safe and sanitary work environment in strict compliance with government regulations and Company policies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of warehouse operations and personnel.
• Successful interaction between other departments within the distribution center
• Implement best practices in managing inventories using a warehouse management system

High school graduate

• 10+ years of distribution and warehouse experience in grocery wholesale industry.
• Knowledge of OSHA, safety regulations, sanitation, and food safety as required for warehouse operations
• Broad knowledge of engineered labor standards preferred
• Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) preferred but not required.
• Ability to chart, forecast, plan, manage, and measure day-to-day operations.
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Exhibits initiative, high energy, and resourcefulness.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and Access
