We're seeking a friendly, detail-oriented individual who enjoys helping others and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Teller, you'll be one of the first people customers meet, processing transactions accurately, identifying financial solutions, and creating positive experiences with every interaction. You'll also help protect customers and the bank by recognizing potential fraud and suspicious activity.

This position is Part-Time at 20 hrs/week, Monday-Friday 1pm-5pm, rotating Saturdays 9am-1pm.
Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently
Balance and maintain your cash drawer in accordance with bank policies
Assist customers with account-related questions and everyday banking needs
Identify customer needs and connect them with appropriate bank products and services
Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions whenever possible
Communicate effectively with customers in person and over the phone
Monitor for unusual transactions, potential fraud, scams, or suspicious activity and follow established reporting procedures
Support branch operations and assist with additional duties as needed

High school diploma or GED
Six months of cash-handling experience
One or more years of cash-handling experience
One or more years of customer-facing experience
Previous banking experience
Bilingual skills are a plus
