Premium Holiday Pay: Earn 1.5x your standard rate for holiday shifts.
Whether you want a 5-hour side hustle or a 40-hour career, we will build a schedule that works for you (Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN).
Variety of Shifts: Days, evenings, weekdays, and weekends are available.
Mileage Reimbursement: Full reimbursement for driving during client errands and appointments.
Earn bonuses for bringing other great caregivers to our team.
You will help create a safe, positive experience for every client by honoring their dignity and independence. Depending on their specific care plan, your daily duties may include:
Companionship: Providing meaningful conversation, engagement, and emotional support.
Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and general hygiene.
Preparing food according to dietary needs and assisting with feeding if required.
Light Housekeeping: Mobility Assistance: Aiding with safe transfers, repositioning, and using mobility equipment.
Transportation: Driving the client to medical appointments, errands, and approved outings.
Respite Care: Giving family caregivers a reliable, well-deserved break.
Logging shift activities and communicating any changes in the client's condition.
We are looking for dependable professionals dedicated to providing person-centered care. High school diploma (or equivalent).
Comfortable assisting with personal care tasks and physical mobility support.
Ability to accurately follow written care plans and verbal instructions.
Strong, respectful communication skills when interacting with clients, families, and staff.
