Registered Nurse in Progressive Care Unit

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a progressive care unit. The nurse will manage patient assessments, interventions, and evaluations. The role involves working with patients requiring advanced medical care, including those with neurology, neurosurgery, and orthopedic conditions. Effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team are essential. The nurse will have a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5-6. The RN must be willing to work 1-2 of the upcoming summer holidays unless the unit is closed. A comprehensive understanding of telemetry and related equipment is necessary. The successful candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional care and maintaining patient safety at all times.
