Ethical & Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HIPAA, state-specific laws governing the practice of psychology and telehealth, and the APA Code of Ethics.

Strong diagnostic, clinical assessment (including psychometric testing if offered), and therapeutic intervention skills.

Demonstrated cultural competence and a strong therapeutic alliance-building capacity.

Status: Independent Contractor (1099).
