The average patient stay is between 3 to 4 days, and the typical patient-to-nurse ratio is 5 to 6 patients per nurse. Key Responsibilities\n \n Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients on the medical/surgical unit. \n Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. \n Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team. \n Assist with procedures and provide education to patients and families. \n Qualifications\n \n Current New Hampshire or compact nursing license required. \n BLS certification from AHA is mandatory. \n Prior travel nurse experience is preferred. \n Experience with electronic medical records (Epic) is essential. \n Two years of orthopedic nursing experience is required. \n Additional Information\n \n Orientation sessions occur biweekly. \n Scrubs in any color are acceptable. \n Candidates must be separated from previous employment within the system for 6 months or more to be considered. \n \n \n Wellspring Nurse Source Job ID 38103057.
