Pharmacist Staff/ Pharmacy

Role Overview The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care, including processing prescriptions, counseling patients, and administering immunizations. They ensure compliance with policies and regulations while guiding pharmacy staff on customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities Provide accurate prescription dispensing and patient counseling.
Administer immunizations and participate in health programs.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Lead and mentor pharmacy staff on customer service practices.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, and an active pharmacy license.
Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and best practices.
Strong relationship-building skills and adaptability to patient needs.
Commitment to regulatory compliance, including HIPAA guidelines.
