At Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation & Nursing, we are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our exceptional team. As a PTA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to our residents. Assist Physical Therapists in the evaluation, planning, and implementation of individualized therapy programs for residents

Conduct therapy sessions, including but not limited to: physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy

Implement treatment plans to improve resident outcomes, including but not limited to: mobility, strength, balance, and cognitive function

Monitor resident progress, reporting to the Physical Therapist and making recommendations for modifications to treatment plans as needed

Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident treatment and progress

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and excellent patient outcomes

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will have the opportunity to work closely with leading area physicians to provide cutting-edge post-acute care and rehabilitation services

Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Studies

• Current PTA certification in the State of New Jersey
• 1+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and excellent customer service
