Quality Associate I - Receiving Inspection Full Time Quality Ellabell, GA, US

Job Title: Quality Associate I - Receiving Inspection

Reports to: VP, Global Quality Assurance

Position Summary The Quality Associate I – Receiving Inspection is responsible for inspecting incoming materials and products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. This role supports product quality through inspections, testing, documentation, supplier communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Inspect incoming materials, products, and returned goods for compliance with specifications and blueprints.

Perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspections and document results.

Identify and report nonconforming materials; Support customer complaint investigations through product inspections and documentation.

Conduct cycle, performance, and validation testing as directed.

Maintain accurate quality records and prepare routine reports.

Rework, kit, and sort inventory lots as needed.

Support Distribution Center operations and other quality initiatives as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

1+ year of Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience preferred.

Experience with Blue Yonder or other inventory management systems preferred.

Forklift experience preferred.

Familiar with quality assurance activities, especially inspection

Basic computer and documentation skills.

Regular exposure to warehouse equipment and moderate to high noise levels.

Frequent standing, walking, and material handling.
