Job Summary:

Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) in Louisville, Kentucky. This position involves providing specialized cardiac catheterization laboratory nursing services within a fast-paced facility. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
Location: Louisville, Kentucky
Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab
Schedule: Days, 0700-1930, with weekend rotation (call only), 1-2 weeknight call shifts per week, and 1-2 call weekends in a 6-week schedule, with a 30-minute response time.
Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; minimum of 0 years of experience; certifications including BLS, ACLS, NIHSS; relevant skills in monitoring and sedation; preferred certifications RCIS or Certified Interventional Radiology Nurse (CI).
Additional Information: The role may include floating to other units such as the University Hospital or Electrophysiology (EP) Lab. Orientation includes 4-5 days of department-specific training. The schedule is made in 6-week increments. Scrub color is provided, and parking is free with badge access.
Float: Float rotation may be required to University Hospital or the EP Lab.
