Join Mozaic (A Chapter of The Arc NY) as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities live fulfilling, independent lives.
In our Day Services program, you'll provide support, encouragement, and opportunities for growth as people explore their interests, build new skills, and pursue personal goals. One moment you may be helping someone gain confidence in a social setting, and the next you may be celebrating a milestone they've worked hard to achieve.
As a DSP, you'll help create a safe, positive, and empowering environment while supporting daily activities, community involvement, and personal growth. Your guidance and encouragement will make a lasting difference in the lives of the people you support.

Pay Rate: $17.92-$18.67 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
occasional evenings or weekends as needed
Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Qualifications
Experience with developmental disabilities is valued
High School Diploma/GED
Experience as a CNA, Health Aide, Caregiver, or DSP is a plus
No Experience? If you have a caring attitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to help others succeed, we'll provide the training and support you need to thrive.
