The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Level Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical design and a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions. This role involves leading Electrical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

Innovative Design: Lead the design and development of electrical systems for a diverse range of projects, including commercial, institutional, and residential. Utilize your extensive experience to create cutting-edge solutions that meet client needs.

Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless and integrated project delivery. On-Site Expertise: Conduct comprehensive site inspections and provide expert technical support throughout the construction phases. Your seasoned insights will ensure projects are executed flawlessly.

Technical Excellence: Prepare and review detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports to ensure the highest quality standards. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs meet local, state, and federal electrical codes and standards. Your deep understanding of regulatory requirements will safeguard project compliance.

Project Management: Efficiently manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget. Your strategic planning and organizational skills will drive project success.

Your experience will be invaluable in developing the next generation of engineering talent.

Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in the MEP industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD and Revit. Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to tackle challenging engineering problems.
