About Us WINNfusion is a specialized home infusion company dedicated to treating Autoimmune Diseases and Rare Genetic Disorders. We provide skilled nursing care for Biologic Medications and Enzyme Replacement Therapies across Washington, Idaho, and Oregon.
Our clients are generally healthy individuals of all ages who benefit from receiving care in the comfort of their homes—avoiding the stress and inconvenience of hospital-based infusions.
We believe in community-based care, pairing local nurses with local clients to foster meaningful connections and personalized support.
Position Overview We are seeking compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses to join our growing team. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to deliver one-on-one care in a low-stress environment. Our ideal candidate will have infusion experience and is confident in placing IV's without immediate support.
Accurately document patient conditions and communicate updates to supervisors
Maintain detailed records of care and observations
Qualifications Active RN license in the state of Oregon
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
Strong interpersonal and client care abilities
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Current First Aid/CPR certification
Ideal Candidates Are: Confident and experienced in IV therapy
Interested in flexible, per- diem scheduling- Set your own schedule!
Passionate about individualized care and community impact
Willing to travel up to 60 miles from home
