You perform the full spectrum of ultrasound exams—abdominal, pelvic, OB/GYN across all three trimesters, small parts, and vascular studies—and you own the quality of every image you produce. Your scanning protocols are solid, your image optimization is second nature, and you review your own work for diagnostic completeness before it reaches the radiologist.You bring real knowledge of ultrasound anatomy, physiology, and multi-specialty protocols. Radiologists rely on what you capture—and you take that seriously.You manage your own workflow, keep your exam area stocked and clean, and support departmental operations without needing to be directed at every turn. You adapt when exams run long, when protocols shift, or when a patient requires extra time and care—because in a high-volume outpatient environment, self-sufficiency is the baseline.Whether it is a nervous OB patient or a vascular study on someone who is unsure why they are there, you meet them where they are with compassion and clinical confidence.You share your scanning instincts, model protocol compliance, and contribute to a department that gets better because you are in it. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, alignment with market data, and geographic location.
