### Required Qualifications

• Active Washington Occupational Therapist License (or eligible to obtain)
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy (AOTA Accredited Program)
• Outpatient Therapy Experience Preferred
• Hand Therapy Experience Preferred
• Splinting Experience Preferred
• BLS Certification (or obtain within 3 months)

### Responsibilities

Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide occupational therapy services for outpatient populations
Treat patients with injuries, post-surgical conditions, and physical disabilities
Perform patient assessments, re-evaluations, and discharge planning
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery goals
Complete EMR documentation and billing accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation
• Strong hand, wrist, and elbow therapy skills
• Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan
• Passionate about program development and patient-centered care
