The ability to perform duties of carpentry without supervision.

Works with building layout.

Field cut and assemble lumber and materials as needed for footings, walls, columns, bulkheads, slab edge, curb and gutter, etc.

Minimum of five years of related experience and/or training; Ability to comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.

Able to work a flexible schedule, sometime early, late, and weekend as needed.

Supply their own personal hand tools (required list provided at interview).

Documented training in PPE, fall prevention/protection, scaffolding, excavation, small power tools ladders.

Hands‑on experience with various construction projects
