Head of Product Management & Innovation

As the Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our network element portfolio. You will collaborate closely with the RBC and engage directly with customers to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Your leadership and vision will be key in driving the success of our PLM team and contributing to the overall growth of Nokia of America Corporation.
Lead the product teams and manage all aspects of product line management for network elements, including internal development and OEM partnerships.
Oversee and drive the strategy for our network element portfolio, focusing on profitable growth and market expansion.
Maintain and communicate strategic roadmaps for short-term and long-term goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Engage with customers, understand their feature requests, and collaborate with the RBC to develop winning solutions.
Participate in RFQs, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries and proposals.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the PLM team, encouraging creative thinking and problem-solving.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree.
Strong understanding of network element technologies, market trends, and customer needs in the telecommunications industry.
Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, ensuring efficient execution of product initiatives.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for customer engagements and industry events.
