We're looking for a motivated and reliable Merchandiser to support our beverage business across Baltimore City and County. This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for maintaining strong relationships with retail accounts and ensuring our products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and positioned for success.
Schedule: Monday in office; Tuesday-Friday in the field
Accounts: 40+ retail locations
Company-Provided: Company van, iPhone, iPad, and fuel expenses
The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and enjoys being out in the field. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in the beverage, retail, sales, or merchandising industry while working with a well-established team.
Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: Stocking and rotating shelves
Building displays
POS material management
Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes

Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities. Share feedback with appropriate sales team members to Identify brand/category opportunities
Communicate out of stock or new item opportunities

Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and our customers.
Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product & conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public.
Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
