Communicate any maintenance work orders to maintenance and/or management.Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met.Prior housekeeping experience, preferably in hospitality.Effective oral communication skills.Proactive in solving problems.Willing to work a changing schedule.Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for long periods of time.Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50lbs.
