HR Soul is partnering with an established organization seeking a bilingual Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen its people operations.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced HR professional who can move comfortably between strategy and day-to-day execution. This established, family-owned food manufacturing and distribution company has served customers nationwide for more than 35 years. Its people-focused culture is built on quality, integrity, collaboration, and reliability.

Develop and manage HR policies, programs, and initiatives that support organizational goals and employee engagement
Serve as a trusted resource to leaders and employees on HR policies, workplace matters, and employee relations
Oversee recruiting, onboarding, performance management, training, engagement, and retention
Develop employee communications related to organizational initiatives, policies, and engagement efforts
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HRIS/HRMS data
Manage HR vendors, contracts, renewals, and service delivery
Recommend improvements to HR processes and the overall employee experience
Partner with leadership on special projects and strategic people initiatives

Five or more years of progressive Human Resources experience with broad generalist responsibility
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Experience across employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, training, compliance, and policy administration
Experience managing the full employee lifecycle
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Experience administering HRIS/HRMS platforms and maintaining employee data
Full-time, hybrid position
Occasional travel may be requested based on business needs
