The Opportunity Asseta is seeking Project Managers to report to our Head of Implementation. You'll lead the delivery of Asseta implementations for family office clients, owning the plan, timeline, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent engagements and keeping every project on track from kickoff through go-live and stabilization. Coordinating implementation consultants, engineering, and client teams, you'll ensure each project lands on time, on scope, and at a high bar of quality.
As a Project Manager, You Will Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent Asseta implementations, from kickoff through go-live and stabilization
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on project status, milestones, and expectations
Coordinate implementation consultants, engineering, and client stakeholders to keep work on track
Drive project milestones from CRP to UAT to Go-Live, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
Identify risks and blockers early and proactively resolve them to protect timelines and outcomes
Contribute to improving delivery playbooks, onboarding processes, and project management standards
Qualifications 4+ years of project management experience, ideally delivering software implementations or professional services
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent client projects with competing priorities and deadlines
Strong understanding of implementation lifecycles and delivery methodologies
Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Comfort working directly with senior client stakeholders, including controllers, CFOs, and family office operators
PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus
Experience with financial software, accounting systems, or family office / wealth management is a meaningful plus
