Recruiter - College Recruiting (REMOTE)

An educational organization in Manhattan is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. This assignment offers an exciting opportunity for driven recent college graduates looking to work in recruitment. Must be professional, upbeat and motivated. Bachelor's degree is required. Contract role with potential to go permanent.
Hybrid schedule: on-site in the office 3 days per week, 2 days remote
Pay rate: $35-40/hr
Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment efforts across various roles
Qualify and interview candidates (high-volume, 20-40 interviews per week)
Source resumes and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
Maintain a high volume of outreach daily
Engage with potential candidates, ensuring professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive candidate experience
Ensure sourcing and recruitment efforts align with strategies and deadlines
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, updating them as needed
Send offers to potential hires and assist with onboarding

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Strong internship experience, preferably within HR/recruiting
Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn and Indeed
Strong communication skills and professionals
Positive, proactive, and “go-getter” attitude
Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
