Tasks include bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming with minimal support and supervision. Schedule and coordinate tasks performed by other patient care technicians. Collaborate with clinic staff for effective care delivery. Participate in participant/resident orientation to the facility. Provide input for service/care plans. Weekend coverage is required every weekend. Daily census includes caring for approximately 70 residents. Daily responsibilities involve assisting with daily living activities and personal care. Ensure adherence to hygiene standards and safety protocols.
