CNC Programmers - Manufacturing

Now Hiring CNC Machinist 1st shift!!
Set up, program, and operate manual and CNC machines to produce high-precision metal parts. Read blueprints, calculate tolerances, select tooling, and ensure all parts meet quality and safety standards.
Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills; Select tooling, set offsets, and prove out CNC programs
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure tight tolerances
Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain production documentation
Maintain an organized, clean work area and support team production goals
CNC machining experience
Experience with CNC lathes and mills
Union-level benefits (no union membership required)
Monday–Friday schedule with summer hours
50-person machine shop, non-climate-controlled

• Standard hours: 7:00am–3:30pm (Summer: 6:00am–2:30pm)
• Hands-on, production-focused environment with strict safety standards

This is a Contract position based out of Cedar Falls, IA.
