We are looking for a Mammography Technologist to join our team. Schedule: Monday-Friday Day shiftThe Mammography Technologist performs screening mammography exams; reviews all necessary documentation related to the procedures and performs related clinical and administrative duties.Operating knowledge of mammographic equipment.Performs preventative visual and manual inspections for each equipment assigned ensuring appropriate maintenance and cleanliness.Performs QC as required by the MQSA.Performs related clinical and clerical duties associated with the patient procedure.Assures that the procedures performed are in accordance with policies and procedures.Performs warm up calibration procedures necessary to ready the equipment for patient imaging.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced, customer oriented highly professional environment.Ability to establish and maintain mutually supportive, productive working relationships with colleagues, staff, and physicians.Proven record of taking direction professionally from other medical personnel.College degree preferredASRT (RT)(R)(M) and CT State License requiredWork Smart, Live Well: The success of Advanced Radiology is earned every day through our dedication to quality patient care and continual improvement of the patient experience.
