ID: 64297017 Shift: 12H Day Description: Requisition Comments and Notes:Orientation dates: 8/31, 9/14, 9/21, 9/28 (no orientation on 9/7 due to Labor Day) Only - RN - thoracic/vascular team- 12-hour shifts Monday through Friday - 9a to 9p (days during the week will vary depending on the need of the unit and unit cannot offer a block schedule) - The RN for vascular will be taking vascular/endovascular late stays based on the needs of the unit. OR 1000+ bed hospital, RN/Vascular/endovascular -Must have thoracic/vascular experience, its required for this need. For vascular/endovascular candidates, all circulators and should be proficient in endovascular cases Must be able to circulate experience. Must have license on file at time of submission. Cert. 56 bed OR (inpt and outpatient) & 5 procedural. Level 1 trauma. Must have a minimum of 2 years OR experience. Must have prior travel experience. Patient Population (Diagnoses): Open heart, transplant, trauma/neuro. All case types: neuro, trauma, general, ortho, GYN, urology, ENT, plastics, cardiothoracic, vascular, transplant (liver, renal, pancreas), robotic, hybrid rooms (cysto, bronch, and lead extraction), ambulatory ortho, burn, hepatic-biliary.Age Range: adult; no peds. Children s Hosp. OR is separate. Could float between OR but not locations. IVS to Interview/Mgr to Offer Vanderbilt requires all travelers to have complete COVID vaccine series or valid exemption by Start Date. No Exceptions. Travelerswill take four late stays in a 13-week contract. Example: If we are stillrunning more rooms than normal at 5PM or 7PM, the late stay person would stayuntil one of our night shift teams could take over or the rooms come down.Rarely do we have late stay people stay over more than an hour past the timethey would normally get off.
