The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) will begin employment in a front office role for a 90-day training and orientation period to gain a comprehensive understanding of practice operations, patient scheduling, registration, and customer service. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the CMA will transition into a clinical medical assistant role supporting orthopedic physicians and providers with patient care and clinical duties.

This position requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced orthopedic environment.

Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification.

Basic computer and EMR proficiency.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes.

Manual dexterity sufficient to operate medical equipment and computer systems.

Performance Expectations

Successfully complete the 90-day front office training period.

Adhere to all practice policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
