Maintenance Tech/Janitorial - Part-Time

Velocity Flow Technologies Corporation is currently looking for a part time Maintenance Custodian who will play an important role in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. This position supports facility operations through a combination of custodial, groundskeeping, and maintenance activities, helping ensure that buildings, equipment, and grounds are properly maintained and ready to support daily production and business operations.
Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and organization of the facility, including offices, production areas, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces.

• Perform routine groundskeeping and outdoor maintenance, including litter control, seasonal cleanup, and general property upkeep.
• Support the Maintenance Department in maintaining buildings, equipment, vehicles, and utilities in safe and reliable operating condition.
• Assist with preventive maintenance activities and work order completion through the company's computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Clean, inspect, and replace filters and perform other routine facility maintenance tasks.
• Operate forklifts and industrial floor-cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventories of maintenance, janitorial, and facility supplies; Assist with facility setup, teardown, and support for meetings, training sessions, conferences, and company events.
• Identify and report equipment issues, facility deficiencies, and safety concerns.
• Pick up parts, supplies, and materials as needed using company vehicles.
• Provide support to Operations and other departments as needed to help maintain an efficient workplace.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

A successful Maintenance Custodian takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe facility. They are proactive in identifying issues before they become problems, responsive to the needs of the facility, and committed to supporting the success of the entire team.
This position requires working days Monday - Friday beginning at 7:00 a.m.

High School diploma or equivalent or vocational technical school.
A minimum of one (1) or more years of maintenance experience is preferred
Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic is preferred
