Sign-on bonus of up to $30,000, depending on experience.

Responsibilities As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team. DentaPro software.

Digital x-ray and Panorex units.

Fiber-optic handpieces.

Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.

A support ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.

A patient demographic primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults (depending on location).

Office workflow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients, with a mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.

A DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.

A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure.

A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
