We're one of the largest Great Clips franchisees in the country. We strive to have the highest effective wage in the market (base + comm + productivity + tips). Last week our avg effective wage was $33.13/hr. Some make more, some less, but no one earns less than $24/hr. Free shears ($199 msrp) just for coming in for an interview. Hands-on training and $300 signing bonus. Cosmetology or barbers license required.

Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications

• Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
