Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Livonia, MI. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while supporting our goal of delivering exceptional home healthcare services.
Provide direct nursing care to patients in a home care setting.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and state nursing regulations.
Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Michigan.
Previous experience in home care or a related healthcare setting preferred.
Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with a commitment to quality care.
Competitive pay of $31.00 per hour, paid twice a month.
