Performing transactions such as accepting deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing money orders and cashier’s checks.

Provide efficient and exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.

Complying with privacy policies and procedures to maintain customer confidentiality and information protection.

Complying with all federal, state and local regulatory rules and regulations governing financial institutions, as well as all company policies and procedures.

Completing and passing all required regulatory compliance training as assigned.

Connecting customers to the appropriate department specialists that can help them with specialized financial needs.

Engaging customers in person and by phone to assist, and conduct transactions through self‑service technologies.

Displays passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves our customer's financial lives.

Excellent communication skills that build customer relationships based on trust.

Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet our customer's needs.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

High school diploma (or equivalent)- required

Minimum 1 year customer service and cash handling experience- required

Minimum 1 year Teller experience- preferred

Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation/inspection of machines and/or using measurement devices at distances close to the eyes.

Most Full-Time employees are also offered 6 paid holidays and Part Time employees are offered pro‑rated paid holidays.
