Serve patrons by clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and environment and adhering to sanitation and safety policies.

Prepares dining room for patrons by cleaning and resetting tables;

Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.

refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs.

Supports the wait staff by setting‑up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners, and bus stations.

Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables; removing trash and recyclables from the facility.

A busser is responsible for representing Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza, and living up to our Company standards. S/he provides guest service that exhibits professionalism, attention to detail, and the desire to make sure all areas are clean and compliant with sanitation specifications. The busser will also work directly with other team members to ensure that all guests' visits exceed their expectations.
