Enthusiastic Part Time Dietitian WantedHarbor Village Health and Rehabilitation Center, a short-term rehab and skilled nursing facility located in a quaint location of New London, is seeking an enthusiastic part-time dietitian to join our team!ResponsibilitiesAssess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress.Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being.All other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.Hold a certification/license in good standing.Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required).Strong organizational and communication skills.Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with residents and staff to perform daily tasks.
