Security Officer (on - call, variable shift position) at Providence Medford Medical Center

Receives general direction from the Security Manager, Supervisor or Lead Security Officer, performs a variety of security protective duties to protect patients, visitors, staff, physicians, property and facilities from accidents, bodily harm, fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry. Enforces PH&S, facility and security policies and regulations. and provide protective services to high risk areas. Mobile positions will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, patient transports, site surveys, threat assessments, patient standbys, alarm/nuisance call response, special details and assist in training of clinic personnel. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving and will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.

1 year experience using a personal computer with standard Microsoft applications.

1 year security/law‑enforcement experience such as corrections, police, reserve, and military police.
