Brakeman's Smashed Burger Bar Springs most exciting burger bar with the best views in town! We are looking for a team member that will add to the incredible work family here with friendly vibes and a deep care for people, hospitality and quality!
Job duties include following recipes to the bar's specifications, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in all spaces and amazing guest service that anticipates needs. We are looking to fill a part time role that is 10-15 hours a week! This will be a weekend heavy position.
Prepare a variety of beverages and offerings according to established recipes and standards which are presented in an attractive and appetizing manner
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety and quality of our food and beverage
Assist in the execution of food and beverage delivery and expediting of tickets from outside expo
Clean and maintain bar and dining equipment and utensils, as well as the work area, to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
Continuously seek feedback and ways to improve our dishes, processes, and customer experience
A passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary industry
Knowledge of serving techniques, bar equipment, and food safety and sanitation standards
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
