Dermatology Physician - Dermatologist

The Plastic Surgery Center is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified dermatologist to join our high-volume, multi-specialty private practice at the Jersey Shore.

This is a unique collaborative model where you will practice alongside one of the nation's premier plastic and reconstructive surgery teams, giving your patients access to best-in-class surgical care under one roof. This opportunity offers a dedicated focus in dermatologic surgery supported by a strong referral base, modern facilities, and a collaborative network of nationally recognized plastic and reconstructive surgeons.

Board eligible or board certified in dermatology

Mohs fellowship training is welcomed but not required

Interest or experience in cosmetic dermatology preferred

Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Interest in building a long-term career within a collaborative private practice

Competitive base salary starting at $300,000-$500,000 with performance incentives; Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, HSA, and long-term disability insurance

• Licensing and credentialing support

• Perform dermatologic surgical procedures, including select Mohs procedures, with closures supported by a collaborating specialist

Provide cosmetic dermatology services as desired

Collaborate with plastic and reconstructive surgeons to coordinate comprehensive patient care

Contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment alongside the network of 111+ physicians across surgical specialties

High-volume referral network from a large, multidisciplinary surgical practice

On-site surgical infrastructure and advanced clinical support for complex cutaneous oncology and reconstruction

Dedicated, modern aesthetic center to support cosmetic dermatology services

Collaborative environment with plastic, reconstructive, and microvascular surgeons

Flexibility to develop a practice that includes Mohs surgery, dermatologic oncology, and cosmetic services
