REMOTE Pharmacist - Prior Authorizations
Pharmacy Careers
Medication Access Pharmacist
Help patients overcome the cost barrier—become their healthcare advocate.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage prior authorizations and appeal processes.
Coordinate with insurance companies, providers, and support staff.
Enroll patients in manufacturer copay and patient assistance programs.
Provide education on affordable medication options and therapeutic alternatives.
Qualifications:
Active pharmacist license and experience with payer systems.
Experience in specialty or managed care pharmacy is a plus.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
