Production Laborer - First Shift

Pay: $18.50 per hour Shift: First Shift Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Production Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of organic materials through shaker systems, maintaining production equipment, performing housekeeping duties, and supporting overall plant operations. The ideal candidate is motivated, able to work in various environmental conditions, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Monitor and maintain the flow of organic materials through shaker systems.

Break up material to prevent bridging and ensure continuous production flow.

Communicate with heavy equipment operators regarding material replenishment needs.

Maintain finishing screens by scraping and clearing material buildup.

Perform housekeeping duties, including:

Assist with small bag line operations as needed.

Meet established production quality and quantity standards.

Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance concerns to maintenance personnel.

High School Diploma or GED.

Experience with electrical troubleshooting.

Mechanical repair experience.

Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial experience.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in an industrial environment.

Competitive starting pay of $18.50 per hour
