ICU Registered Nurse Position at Resurrection Medical Center

Join Resurrection Medical Center as an RN in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This full-time night shift position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while collaborating with a supportive, multidisciplinary team. The hospital is located in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities include delivering safe patient care utilizing the nursing process, providing direct patient care within the scope of practice, directing patient/family teaching, and maintaining standards of care in the ICU. The RN communicates with the physician about changes in the patient's clinical condition, responds quickly to changes in condition and/or response to treatment, and maintains patient privacy and confidentiality.

Qualifications include a current and valid state RN License, current BLS and ACLS certificates, completion of Critical Care Course and Basic Arrythmia Interpretation, minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital with critical care preferred, Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Resurrection Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $35.35 to $53.58. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire.
